Tim Cotterill's wonderful world of whimsical bronze frog sculptures

Tim Cotterill was born in 1950 and grew up in Leicester, England. Leaving school at 15 to embark on a 6 year metalworking apprenticeship, Tim's work evolved into his hobby - creating crazy vehicles and metal sculptures. He began specializing in steel and bronze animal and bird sculptures - many of which found their way into international art collections - before he moved on to creating his world famous frogs.

In 1990 Tim moved to California where he settled down and focused on producing his stunning jewel-like bronze sculptures.  His unique blend of devotion, art and skillful craftsmanship over the years has resulted in magnificent sculptures we can all enjoy.
